Builder Exposure believes sunny blue skies are a must to bringing buyers attention to your model home. For this reason all our photography includes the addition of blue skies on overcast or rainy days.
Additionally our in-house staff of retouchers hand blend each image to insure the highest in quality and constancy. All our model home photography includes the addition of green lawns, scenic images to all television screens, computer screen savers, remove cords from appliances, add candle flames to all candles, replacement of burnt light bulbs, removing reflections on art work, bluing pool waters and enhanced window views.
Compact fluorescent bulbs are terrific energy savers, but not so good for interior photography. To a camera their color is very orange or green giving the over all room an odd color cast. For this reason all our photographers carry a wide selection of daylight balance LED light bulbs. Our photographers will temporally replace the homes CF bulbs with our LED’s to ensure proper room colors.
